This website promotes and supports my writing, teaching and filmmaking endeavors.
I'm an independent filmmaker with two feature films and several short films to my credit. My micro-budget film Unremembered is a multi-award winning sci-fi thriller. I'm also a Web Design and Multimedia instructor at Portland Community College.
With over 115,000 visitors in 2009 (69,000 of those were unique!), GregKerr.Net is widely traveled and well ranked on Google. I pride myself with having strong marketing and search engine optimization (SEO) skills and the know-how to create relevant links to and from this site.
As a filmmaker, my goal is to produce and promote intelligent, creative projects in the Pacific Northwest that normally would not have mainstream appeal. These projects, both fiction and non-fiction, focus on topics that are unusual, clever and thought-provoking.
As a member one of the growing independent film and independent digital video production companies in Portland, Oregon, Full Brain Films LLC, I'm always on the look-out for quality projects for production.
I also believe in giving students a chance to become involved with independent film and video production. If you are in Portland or have a high speed Internet connection, I may be able to offer you a chance to demonstrate your skills then advertise your creative talent to a wide audience.
